This 53 year old female wanted to have her aging breast implants removed and her breasts lifted. She wasn’t sure if she would be happy with no implants at all, so Dr. Kavali first deflated her saline implants in the office. This 46 year old female had a prior breast augmentation about 9 years earlier. She decided she no longer wanted her implants, so Dr. Moak removed them in the office under local anesthesia. She is shown before and about 6 months after removal of 375 cc gel implants under the muscle.

This 45 year old woman had previously had a breast augmentation, but now wanted her implants removed. She wanted to replace some of the upper pole implant volume with fat, so she had breast implant removal, liposuction of her outer thighs, and fat transfer to her bilateral breast upper poles. She is shown before and about 2 years after her outpatient surgery. She has lost weight since her surgery was done.

This 48 year old female presented with a ruptured left saline implant. Dr. Kavali deflated the other implant in the office, so she could see her actual breast volume and shape, then decide whether she wanted fat transfer or new implants placed. She chose fat transfer.
