Breast implant removal and fat transfer.

This 48 year old female presented with a ruptured left saline implant. Dr. Kavali deflated the other implant in the office, so she could see her actual breast volume and shape, then decide whether she wanted fat transfer or new implants placed. She chose fat transfer. She is shown on the day of her consultation with the ruptured left saline implant, then after deflation of the other implant in the office, then 6 months after removal of her implants and fat transfer from her abdomen and waist (550 cc to the right breast and 650 cc to the left breast), and one year after her implant removal and fat transfer.

This 53 year old female wanted to have her aging breast implants removed and her breasts lifted. She wasn’t sure if she would be happy with no implants at all, so Dr. Kavali first deflated her saline implants in the office. She decided to just have a breast lift after seeing how her breasts settled after the implant deflation. Surgery was done by Dr. Kavali.
