WHAT IS TOUCHMD?

At Monarch Plastic Surgery and Skin Renewal Center, we hope to make your experience seamless. We utilize myTouchMD to streamline your paperwork, provide educational resources, and gather your specific patient information in one easy-to-use place that can be accessed from your phone. In addition, you can use myTouchMD to learn more about your visits and the services we offer.

We ask that you complete your patient paperwork within myTouchMD at least three days before your appointment. Completion of this paperwork is a requirement to keep your appointment.

HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT

Once you schedule your consultation at Monarch Plastic Surgery and Skin Renewal Center, we will send you an email with instructions for setting up your myTouchMD account. After you have set up your account, you can access myTouchMD from the myTouchMD application on your phone or via your web browser.

To log in, enter patient.touchmd.com into your web browser. You will then be directed to enter an email and password. Do not share your login information with others.
