Ashlee is our Clinical Coordinator. She graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. She has more than six years of experience in plastic surgery and has performed various roles in our practice. Originally serving as a Medical Assistant and in Client Services, Ashlee is familiar with multiple aspects of the aesthetic journey.
Ashlee will guide you through your visits at Monarch Plastic Surgery and Skin Renewal Center, ensuring that your time with us is comfortable and efficient. Her calm and friendly nature makes you feel at home during each of your appointments with us!
Outside of the office Ashlee likes to practice photography and watch sports. Most of her time is dedicated to spending quality time with her family.
Stephanie Parker is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant who joined our practice in 2017. She has completed extensive aesthetic training, most recently completing the Allergan Medical Institute Master Expert Program. She looks forward to helping you achieve your aesthetic goals and age gracefully.
Stephanie is a native of Georgia, growing up on a farm prior to moving to Atlanta to attend Georgia Tech, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She then went on to earn her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia.
Ana is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant with experience in Neurosurgery and Emergency Medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion at the University of Georgia and a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at High Point University in High Point, North Carolina.
Ana joined our practice in 2022 and has received extensive aesthetic training and experience. She is dedicated to enhancing your natural beauty and rejuvenating your confidence. She offers a variety of in-office services including neurotoxins (botox, dysport), dermal fillers, and cellulite treatment options (Aveli).
Elisabeth is a Licensed Medical Esthetician, who has been with our practice since 2019. She has extensive knowledge in skin care with over 13 years’ experience in the field. She began her career early, graduating from a local Atlanta program specializing in Aesthetics in 2009.
Elisabeth finds joy in studying the latest technology and products on the market, ensuring our patients receive the best the industry has to offer! She has perfected the craft of Diamond Glow facials, micro-needling with PRP, chemical peels, CoolSculpting, Ultherapy, and laser treatments, including hair removal, vein clearance, skin resurfacing, and more. In addition, she has expert training with Revision, SkinMedica, and Obagi Medical skin care lines and loves the chance to educate each patient on the importance of proper skin care techniques, products, and solutions.
During your appointment at Monarch Plastic Surgery, you’ll meet Dana, one of our front desk coordinators. She brings a professional and bubbly atmosphere to our office, and she’ll assist you throughout multiple phases of your visit.
Dana has years of experience as a technical writer, which has helped tremendously in ensuring our patients are receiving accurate, helpful, and well-articulated information. She’s the first smiling face you’ll see when you enter our office, and she’ll make sure that your introduction to Monarch Plastic Surgery is both easy and fun!
When she is not in the office, Dana loves to travel, cook, and spend time with her husband, two sons, and their dog, Lacis, which means “Bear” in Latvian!
Mallorie joined our practice in 2015 where she originally served in Client Services. She was instrumental in other duties around the office and has become one of our main “go-to” people for just about anything! In addition to her roles in Client Services, Mallorie also handles behind the scenes needs involving medical records, building our before and after photo libraries, and other general support.
Outside of her work, Mallorie is a busy mom dedicated to her husband and three boys. She spends quality time with them whenever possible!
Lindsey joined the practice in 2022 with a strong background in customer service and financial planning. She is dedicated to ensuring that your experience at Monarch Plastic Surgery is enjoyable, organized, and accurate throughout your entire experience!
Lindsey’s attention to detail and easy-going personality will help guide you throughout your journey with Monarch Plastic Surgery, helping you make informed decisions about your treatment, surgery, and purchases with a guarantee that your goals and individuality are taken into consideration every step of the way! Lindsey is your point of contact and resource every step along the way.
Lindsey is a Southwest Florida native who moved to ATL over 5 years ago with her husband and two cats. She loves to travel and explore new areas. She spends her time outside of work solving escape rooms, reading, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
Erik is our right-hand man for all things operational (aside from actual surgery, of course). He is primarily a staff resource, but often interacts with our clients and vendors regarding business matters. His steady nature and sense of humor help to keep us on track. When Erik is not supporting the practice, he enjoys long bicycle rides in the mountains or flying over them in little airplanes.
