Refirme™ Skin Tightening uses RF (bipolar radiofrequency) and IR (infrared) technologies to deliver heat to the skin to stimulate collagen to help treat general signs of aging, such as fine lines and laxity on the face, neck, decolletage, hands, and arms. Refirme™ is safe for all skin types. During the treatment you will feel light pressure and heat, but you should not experience any discomfort.

The best way to prepare for a Refirme™ treatment is to stop all active ingredient topicals such as Retin-A, acids, and exfoliants and avoid any sun exposure for one week prior to your treatment.
There is minimal to no downtime after your Refirme™ treatment. You may notice that your skin is a little pink following the procedure, but this typically resolves after 24 hours. You may also have some mild facial swelling for a day or two after the procedure, but this varies from patient to patient.
